We will certainly stay here again if staying in Banff. The property is homely and the staff is competent. The location is stunning, 10 minutes' walk to a Duff house. Btw, it's just a short walk away from city centre. The service is excellent, includes good parking.

Due to an error, the hotel was supposed to be closed on our 1st night but we were still made to feel very welcome. Food is excellent with large portions.

The hotel had charming, elegant decor that felt inviting, with its classic country house style and spacious common areas, making it very accessible and comfortable for seniors like myself.
A bit more seating in common areas would help.

It was a delightful place. The staff were friendly, the room was good and the breakfast was excellent, although the price is a little high.
Having to pay for the Internet, although we were able to connect to somebody's unsecured system from our hotel room.
